She’s often the first person a client speaks to at Tax Assure. Her approach is simple: listen without judgment, explain how we work, and make sure no one feels alone in the process. If we can help, she gets things moving. If we can’t, she’ll still try to point them in the right direction — because no one should be left without options.

Before joining Tax Assure, Fiona ran the day-to-day of her family business, working closely with builders and suppliers. Earlier, she spent years in frontline customer service and sales — experience that taught her how to stay calm under pressure, follow through, and get things done.
