Before joining Tax Assure, Tom served as General Manager at SR Group, where he spent seven years leading business growth initiatives and overseeing corporate strategy. His expertise also extends to developing corporate financial solutions and negotiating with key stakeholders like banks, accountants, and the Australian Taxation Office.
Earlier in his career, Tom honed his skills in client management and corporate advisory roles at Sandbach Roberts. His background also includes international experience with the Commission on Human Rights in Ghana, where he developed strong cross-cultural communication skills.
